2018 Envisage Cabernet Sauvignon
Jeff Hanson is an award-winning, philanthropic artist on a mission to change the world through art. Visually impaired from a childhood brain tumor, Jeff’s artwork has generated $6 million dollars for charity. Jeff believes “Every act of kindness helps create kinder communities, more compassionate nations and a better world for all…even one painting at a time.” Envisage wine is a commitment to this mission. For every bottle sold, a portion of the proceeds are donated to charity.
The 2018 Envisage Cabernet Sauvignon is vibrant in the glass with bright aromas of fresh mixed berry fruit, raspberry jam, red currant and toasted sweet oak notes. The mouthfeel is soft and velvety, leading to a juicy and flavorful palate. The wine is a cooler climate style; elegant with a rich texture and integrated, smooth tannins. With 12 months of aging in mostly American oak (30% new), the Cabernet Sauvignon is well-balanced with good acidity and a lingering, flavorful finish.
